openoffice 2.0版在writer如何做項目編號
What you need is called "outline numbering" (don't know how it is called in Chinese), it is the fifth entry under "Tools" (工具). I suggest you read the docs on how to use it properly, but two comments here:
Remember to select "1-10" if you want to apply a change to all heading levels. (Which is what you usually want to do.)
OO will usually apply one "style" to your numbering, so instead of
2.
2-1
it will be
2
2.1
Yes, you can modify that, but at least in academic documents in English it is custom to write a single number without trailing dot, but to separate all numbers by one.

如果想把原先 Word 裡頭的章節編號 Style 移植過來利用, 我建議大家就算了吧
我已經努力了大概三個月, 到現在大大小小的問題一大堆, 舊的 doc 檔轉檔完成後看來好像不錯, 可是一旦把文件合併所有的編號就全部亂掉.. 目前無解...
我們公司的規範文件都是每個 component 一個規範, 要替整條生產線製作規範時就把生產線上的所有文件逐一加入主文件後自動產生目錄. 現在的問題是, 平平是 Heading 1, Word 轉過來的 Heading 1 和 Ooo 的 Heading 1 看起來一樣, 但互相"不認識", Numbering 的時候要麻重排編號要麻就換層編號不歸零. 傷透腦筋了~~~
下面是典型的章節編號亂跳範例:
1. aaa
1.1 bbb
1.2 ccc
1.2.1 ddd
1.2.2 eee
1.3 fff
1.2.3 ggg
2. hhh
1.4 iii
1.2.4 jjj
1.2.1 kkk
2.1 lll
