假設有份報告含有 a. 封面 (1頁) b. 目錄 (2頁) c. 內容一 (56頁) d. 內容二 (27頁)

Q1: 無法自訂起跳頁數: 例如內容二是一個獨立的 .odt, 頁碼從 p57開始

Q2: 無法跳頁, 例如封面與目錄放在同一個檔案, 封面不需頁碼, 但是幫目錄插入頁碼時 (可能是 i, ii, iii or I, II, III)確連封面也編進去, 目前的解決方法是把方面封面單獨用一個檔案

說明: 在 OpenOffice Help 手冊中似乎沒有提到這個, 有人建議把內容一與二各自編好後再合併...... 但是這不是好方法, 如果有一份文件含有5個章節, 由 5 個人各自完成, 每一章可能上百頁.....這個就很頭大

個人插入頁碼的作法 (參考自本論壇前文及 OpenOffice Help)
1. Insert > Footer (頁碼位置在下方) or Header (上方)
此時會看到文件下方會有一個專屬的空間用來放頁碼
(若要取消, 到 Insert > Footer 把打勾拿掉即可)

2. 游標在長方條內, 可以選文字靠左, 置中或靠右 (我喜歡用置中)

3. Insert > Field > Page munber 就完成

4. 若要插入 i, ii, iii 把第三步改成 Insert > Field > Others
此時會挑出一個小視窗 上方有 5 個 tabs, 選最左邊的 Document, 再來是:

a. 右邊的欄: type > 選 Page
b. 中間欄: select > 選 page numbers
c. 右邊的欄: Format > 選你想要的頁碼編法 包括I II III IV and 中文頁碼

I think such questions have been answered a few times already. The magic comes from here:

Insert - Manual Break

Now do the following three things:
- select Page Break
- select a Page Style (more about this further down)
- select Change Page Number

Now you can choose from what page number you want to start with this page style.

If you need different "styles" for the numbering, you must use different page styles. One page style can only "remember" one numbering style (1, 2, 3/i, ii, iii/I, II, III...).

Or in short: You must use different page styles if you want to use more than one style of page number or if you want to "restart" your page numbers in between.
