但在插入Writer之後會出現以下的畫面

因為eps是向量圖形,所以不希望轉成其他格式後再插入Writer
我曾嘗試轉成svg(用pstoedit)但轉出來的內容卻跑掉了
還是用latex會比Open Office來的適合

我平常都只用 openoffice 來畫圖轉成 eps 檔給 latex 那邊用，很少用 openoffice 載入 eps 檔，剛剛照您的方式做了一次，還真的遇到類似的問題。

後來我用 gsview 將所得到的 eps 做了一個「Add EPS Preview」，我好像是選「TIFF 6 uncompressed」那一項，之後就可以用插入圖片的方式插到 writer 裡面去。

或許 openoffice 對 eps 檔的支援還不是很完全，只是我所需用的它剛好有提供。

下面的 preview.eps 是從網站上所得的原始檔，2.eps 是加入 Add EPS Preview 之後的結果，用 GSVIEW 看起來似乎都很類似。

其實我想要作數學講義,文件內要插入圖形
原本希望達到下面的效果(為向量圖形)

可惜OpenOffice就算加入preview的eps檔也很不好看,轉成pdf檔後也不是向量圖形
只好將OpenOffice反安裝掉,改用latex的方案了

Windows 不支援 EPS 檔案格式，跟 OOo 無關，不信的話，把該檔在 Linux 下開啟，就可以正常顯示列印。

討論中還是增加preview的方式來解決,原因似乎在
http://www.rdpslides.com/psfaq/FAQ00013.htm 有提到
eps只能在列印的時候藉由PostScript將圖形顯示出來
平時操作就無法顯示圖形了,只是文章中又提到word2002又可以,只是手邊沒有軟體可以測試
或許用Latex還是比較妥當

剛剛跑去用圖書館的電腦測試一下:


1. 檔案來源
我用 Kubuntu 6.10/OOo 2.04 的 Writer, 插入折線圖 (由 RLplot 匯出成 eps), 及照片圖 eps & jpg (原始檔案 tiff, 由 gimp 選取後需要的區域, 存成 tiff, 再把多張照片放到 OOo Draw, 編上號碼, 匯出成 eps 及 jpg)

把檔案存成 odt, doc, and pdf 三種

2. 測試一
MS windows XP

a. MS Office 2000 SR-1: 開啟 doc 檔, 三張圖都正常

b. PDF: 正常

c. OOo 2.0.2 (就是我請圖書館安裝的): 讀取後, 兩張 eps 照片都有問題, 無法顯示, 只有那張 jpg 可以看到


3. 測試二
Mac OS 10.3.9

a. MS Word X for Mac: 用 MS Word 讀 doc, 正常

b. PDF: 折線圖居然由白底黑線變成黑底白線, 其他兩張正常.


個人的經驗, 之前需要把四張折線圖合併成一大張, 再文字編輯如標式 A, B,C, D, 箭頭, Figure 1等, 我用 RLplot 把四張圖個別匯出成 eps, 插到 OOo Draw, 完成文字編輯後, 再次匯出成 eps, 插到 Writer 後就有問題, 一來在螢幕上看起來圖型不完整, 二來列印時出現有夠大的鋸齒狀. 後來查到某家期刊的投稿需知有說明, 不要重複匯出 eps 可能是這緣故吧! 我的結論是, 若要列印, 就不要重複匯出 eps, 若只是要簡報, 就無所謂, 不過真的要簡報, 也沒有人會使用 eps, 大家都用 png/jpg.
