Score calculation in OO Calc
Hi!
Sorry for not writing in Chinese, I promise one day I will install an IME...
I created an OOCalc spreadsheet (template) for teachers to calculate scores. It is tailored for universities, especially for our school, but it should work in most cases.
Don't worry, the spreadsheet itself is mostly in Chinese, with notes everywhere (so also foreign teachers can understand it) in English. Explanations are also inside, but also in English.
I've been using this for more than two years now, always trying to improve it each semester. It's not really a beauty, but it should do the job. Since the download area does not allow user uploads I've put it here.

Actually, I already did... 
Unfortunately, this theme does not very distinctively display links, otherwise it would have been clearly visible.
But, if you let your mouse hover over the "here" in "I've put it here", then you will notice the character colour and the cursor changing...
Though I have to mention a bug a user just reported in a "new" function:
If you choose "C" for calculation of regular scores, you must have all five scores there for every student, otherwise that function will not work. A workaround (until I perhaps find a solution for this) is to enter "0" into empty cells. (For instance, if students haven't done a homework or have never really shown up for class - hey, we are talking "university" here...) Unfortunately, that renders "A" useless, it's the same then as "B 5" or "C 5".
I guess this all sounds pretty weird for someone who hasn't seen the spreadsheet yet...
PS: I think I could fix the bug mentioned above. I have updated the file and it should all work now...

Meanwhile I would suggest to install Mozilla Firefox, then install this extension.
Go to the extension's options and set your language to "Traditional Chinese", then let it translate (Tools-Translate) for you...
(Though this probably only works on Windows, I couldn't install it on Linux.)
My students love Firefox since I introduced this extension to them...

好啦，至少在這一台终於修好了。剛好幾天前更新系統之後scim跟gdesklets突然衝突。抱歉，但是如果必須選中文輸入法或eye candy，當一個不是黑頭髮的人還是會選第二個。
關於我的樣本：我到這個學校之後,學期末看到老師們算成績有點 ，因為幾乎所有的人用計算機算。一個班四十幾個學生的話就可以慢慢算。 
那時候我先暫時弄比較簡單的表格，不然這個世紀内算不完。放假時作出正式一點的，然後也給别人用。然後就每次放假再改善一點，每個學期作出一個版本。（學期中更改没有意義 -> 樣本...）
不過，説實話：没有多少人在用。理由很簡單：
“這好像是Excel，對不對？”
“不是。這是另外一個，免費的Office軟體。“
”但是免費的可以用嗎？它應該不'相容'吧。看起來很復雜。而且，我不知道那個要怎麼安装。没關系，我用計算機...“

表格裡面應該不需要”翻“多少東西。表格本身都是中文的，只有說明才用英文。kiang大哥上述的問題已經修好了，放心。那是剛這次新加上的功能，我之前没有在所有可能下測過，抱歉。
在最後的sheet可以貼上學生名單。我在相關的cell（抱歉，我都在用英文版，所以不太知道中文版的用詞。）加一個英文的note說明用途。在我們學校我可以下載“點名條”（CSV檔），從那遍复制。所有其他的sheet會從最後的抓名字，學號，班級跟另外一些資訊。
有一些地方没有必要（應該說根本不要）直接改内容，我把它們鎖住。（我在我們電算中心作行政工作，所以遇到“各種各樣”的電腦使用者...）如果你没有辦法在某個cell直接輸入東西，你也不需要在那遍輸入，一定有别的地方。Trust me...
在第一頁根本不用輸入任何東西，那是列印專用的。我們教務処要成績纸本，所以只要最後印第一頁就好。
大部分的東西是在Score Input輸入的。除了成績之外這裡也要輸入一些基本資料（學分，必選修等，我們這裡的CSV檔没有包含），而且要選平時分数的算法跟各種分数（平時，期中...）的％數。
在Attendance可以記錄出席率，但是除非上課時可以用電腦的話，這個可能不一定很方便。不過，如果有人要用的話這個也有。
這個工作表其實最好不要期末時才開始用。如果一整個學期中輸入成績的話，馬上就可以在Ranking那遍看到哪一些學生比較好，哪一些可能要注意。
大概就這樣子。如果真的有人想用，我也可以試試再修改／改装。到現在唯一的使用者“需求”是“報告”這個項目。
我最後只想請一件事：我不是微軟的識員，也不打算幫助他們賺更多錢。我不會作出XSL／XLT版本，也想請大家不要把我的樣本轉成Excel的格式。人家可以慢慢習慣除了微軟的東西之外還有其它軟體。
好吧。想用的人用，不想用的人... 好像不要用。
