I only use OO in English, so please bear with me...
Open a new document.
Open the stylist (F11).
Select page styles. (Fourth icon from left.) Your page style should be "default" (標準 in Chinese, IIRC).
Go to Insert - Manual Break (first item)
Now this is
important:
Select a style different from "default" (first page, left page, whatever - just
not default)
Click OK.
You have now two pages with different page styles. You should see minor differences already now.
Right-click on the "default" page style, click "modify" and change a few settings. (for instance paper orientation from "portrait" to "landscape")
You will notice that only the first page changes, the second stays the same as before.
Play around with this a bit and you will find quite a few useful applications...
