原料:家養土雞兩只、生姜、胡椒粉、鹽
工具:紫砂鍋
家常土雞湯的做法步驟:
1、將雞洗凈,剁成大塊;
2、坐鍋放入足夠量的清水,將剁好的雞放入水中,放入一部分姜片;
3、開蓋煮至血沫出來,將其撇去,待雞肉變色即關火;
4、將雞塊撈入砂鍋內,再將煮雞的水過濾倒入砂鍋內,保留姜片,再放入所有姜片和胡椒粉;
5、砂鍋蓋蓋,開至「高火」檔,待鍋內水開,調至「自動」檔,燜煮兩個小時;
